John 8:36 "If the son sets you free, you will indeed be free".
Deliverance was a big part of the Ministry of Jesus.
It is for today and as disciples, we are to cast out demons in Jesus name.
Jesus came to set the captives free.
Everything that Jesus did, according to the bible, we can do as well. Everything, there are no limits.
What happens though is some forget that the signs and wonders follow the word.
Salvation and the message of Jesus Christ is the most important things, we as ministers, believers, pastors, evangelists, etc need to tell people.
We need to make sure our relationship with Jesus is solid so when we go out and preach the message, we are used fully by Holy Spirit and help those who are sent to us. We are to be obedient and show up when God tells us.
Jesus is the ultimate truth encounter. He frees your mind, spirit and body. He breaks every chain, opens every cage, he frees your mind.
Acts 2:17-18
“‘In the last days, God says,
I will pour out my Spirit on all people.
Your sons and daughters will prophesy,
your young men will see visions,
your old men will dream dreams.
18 Even on my servants, both men and women,
I will pour out my Spirit in those days,
and they will prophesy.
Signs and wonders sometimes are needed to show a person that Jesus is who he says he is. As disciples of Jesus first, before we are anything else, it is up to us to carry on his ministry and spread his message. The only true ministry is that of Jesus Christ. We are satellites of his ministry. If you have been called to the kingdom for ministry, you do have a responsibility to keep your eyes on Jesus and bring as many people to Jesus as you can so they can have that encounter and make the choice to follow him. The bible speaks for itself on believers being able to do everything Jesus did and then some. I can throw you scripture that backs up everything. I did not ever see Jesus say that what the apostles were able to do was only for that time. Where is that in the bible?
The bible is the word of God, No word from God will ever fail. Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever.
Jesus is the new thing God is doing and now for the end times, God is calling those into the kingdom who might not of been called before. Like the wedding banquet, when those who were invited did not come, made excuses, etc, He went out and found those on the streets, on the pathways, all around the world, both men and women to come into the kingdom to do his will. Who are you to say God did not put something on someone's heart that might jump around during worship because they are so happy Jesus freed them or are on fire for them while you just sit there. You will cheer for your sports team, kids team, a TV show but you will sit there in church and not cheer, shout, jump around for Jesus. Is Jesus not worth it? Is he not worth your praise, is he not worth bowing down to? What is Jesus worth to you? He is the only thing that should matter. Those who worship him different then you, what is wrong with that? Those of us who believe in that the gifts of the Holy Spirit are for today and the full ministry of Jesus Christ which 1/3 was deliverance, who are you to tell us it is not, show in the bible where it says that. Where in the word of God is it? The bible is the word of God, if it says it was only for that time, ok, but it does not but feel free to look for it. God's word trumps all opinions, scholars and those who put God in a box.
If you don't want to believe in signs and wonders for today, that is fine. no one can force you to believe. Keep that relationship with Jesus Christ strong and stay on the narrow path but run your own race and don't judge your fellow brother or sister. Not everyone is ready for what God is calling them to do. God sent Peter to the Jewish people and Paul to the gentiles. Peter was not able to do what Paul did with the gentiles. Jesus used Paul as his tool to preach his message to the ends of the earth. God did a new thing sending the apostle Paul to the gentiles to preach the message of Jesus Christ. Some people want to do outreach, pray for others, tell people about Jesus, amen. For some people, that and going to church once or a few times a week is enough. Your relationship with Jesus Christ is what gets you to heaven and everyone's relationship is different.
No ones will ever be the same which why we should never compare our walks to others as well. Run your own race and stop taking your eyes off Jesus and try to do satan's work for him attacking fellow brothers and sisters because you don't agree. Oh and stop with the Sesame street alphabet stuff and phrases trying to describe people. It is enough it is throughout the world. Don't bring it to the kingdom. Take care of your ministry instead of trying to destroy others. Who are you to judge another man's servant? Make videos on coming to Jesus Christ instead of trying to be that guy or girl.
Here is what I believe:
Jesus is the way, the truth and the life, no one comes to the father except through him.
The only way to God is through Jesus Christ.
If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raises him from the dead, you are saved.
The last line is the most important thing as it begins your salvation as a born again believer. That is what I am, no fancy name, just a born again believer doing what God has called me to do (Preach salvation and Deliverance Ministry). I don't need a name or title, I only need Jesus Christ. He is the answer for everything. If you don't know him, please get to.
Gifts of the spirit are for every believer today. If you don't think that is correct, good for you. God still loves you and maybe you just were not called to do them. We are all called to different things in the kingdom.
I have been called to deliverance and been doing it since February 2021 in person and on my discord ministry server. I accepted the calling God gave me for Deliverance / End time Ministry. However, all of that comes from Evangelizing by preaching the word of God and letting deliverance and other signs and wonders follow. Salvation is the most important thing you need. All Gory to God our father and Christ Jesus. I hope you get what you need from here. We have many resources on the discord Ministry server as well that you might want to check out.
c
Verse that is pretty clear about all believers. There is not a time period or special club to do it. I reference this a lot in this message.
The word of God does not need interpretation, it means what it says. No man or women's thoughts or interpretations, no matter how much money they spent to learn what God teaches you for free
You don't need someone with a degree or a theologian or scholar to understand what the bible says. The word of God was taught to the apostles, not the teachers of the law. Those with no schooling were chosen to be taught the message of Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit will teach you all you need to know and interoperate the bible for you. The bible means what it says and is simple.
John 14:12-14 NIV 12 Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. 13 And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.
(How else would someone interoperate that?) No where in Jesus statement does it say, for a time period or only you apostles. The works I do and even greater thing. Again, where in the bible does it say exactly that those are not the signs and wonders he did? I would be interested in a You tube expose that shows in the bible where it says that the signs and wonders are not for today.
Acts 2:17: ’In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.
(We are in the end times. Whether that is 5 ,10,50 or 100 years from now.)
Nothing that is happening is new really, new to a lot of people today but the new thing was Jesus Christ and God has spoken and his word is unchallengeable, infallible and Jesus is the word that became flesh. No word from God will ever fail.

Mark 16: 15-18
15He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. 16Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. 17And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; 18they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.”
John 14:12-14
12 Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. 13 And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.
Matthew 28: 18-20 -Ties into John 14:12-14 and Mark 16:15-18. If you look at verse 20, where Jesus says "teach them to obey everything I have commanded you."
8 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
If we go back to John 14:12-14, that pretty much ends the debate, just like John 14:6. Let me put these here again for you. If you take John 14:6 at what it says, then you can't take 14:12-14 different.
John 14:6
6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
Deliverance was one of the works Jesus did. He says "whoever believes will do the works he does. The bible clearly shows him and disciples doing deliverance. Unless I missed something? You can have your views on this as everyone is free to believe whatever they want. Are you going to argue with scripture, say it doesn't mean this and that? Take care of your own walk and those God sends to you. Don't get caught up in the pride of making videos about why you should not do something that is in the bible because you don't want to believe it is for today or something we should do. Whether you believe it or not is irrelevant. it is happening and will continue to happen. If God did not want it to happen, Jesus would not of said it and it would die out. It won't and here is some verses from Acts to highlight this. The disciples preaching the message of Jesus were not received well by the teachers of the laws filled with (spirit of religion). It sounds kind of like what happens today with those who try to take down, slander, persecute and discredit those who do deliverance ministry and believe in it. Lets look at Acts for an example of fighting against God.
Acts 5:28-39 (take a close look at verse 39 please after reading everything)
28 “We gave you strict orders not to teach in this name,” he said. “Yet you have filled Jerusalem with your teaching and are determined to make us guilty of this man’s blood.”
29 Peter and the other apostles replied: “We must obey God rather than human beings! 30 The God of our ancestors raised Jesus from the dead—whom you killed by hanging him on a cross. 31 God exalted him to his own right hand as Prince and Savior that he might bring Israel to repentance and forgive their sins. 32 We are witnesses of these things, and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey him.”
33 When they heard this, they were furious and wanted to put them to death. 34 But a Pharisee named Gamaliel, a teacher of the law, who was honored by all the people, stood up in the Sanhedrin and ordered that the men be put outside for a little while. 35 Then he addressed the Sanhedrin: “Men of Israel, consider carefully what you intend to do to these men. 36 Some time ago Theudas appeared, claiming to be somebody, and about four hundred men rallied to him. He was killed, all his followers were dispersed, and it all came to nothing. 37 After him, Judas the Galilean appeared in the days of the census and led a band of people in revolt. He too was killed, and all his followers were scattered. 38 Therefore, in the present case I advise you: Leave these men alone! Let them go! For if their purpose or activity is of human origin, it will fail. 39 But if it is from God, you will not be able to stop these men; you will only find yourselves fighting against God.”
I don't know what else to say other then what I am letting the bible say for me. This is the word of God, Jesus is the word. Again, you might disagree but that is ok. i am sure we might disagree on some other things as well. That does not make you any less my brother or sister or cause me to not want to work with you as long you believe John 14:6 and Romans 10:9-13. God be with you all.

For those who say Deliverance was only for Jesus time and just for the apostles who were with Jesus. Lets look at scripture.
Acts 2:17
’In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.
Mark 9:38-41
38 “Teacher,” said John, “we saw someone driving out demons in your name and we told him to stop, because he was not one of us.”
39 “Do not stop him,” Jesus said. “For no one who does a miracle in my name can in the next moment say anything bad about me, 40 for whoever is not against us is for us. 41 Truly I tell you, anyone who gives you a cup of water in my name because you belong to the Messiah will certainly not lose their reward.
Luke 9:49-50
49 “Master,” said John, “we saw someone driving out demons in your name and we tried to stop him, because he is not one of us.”
50 “Do not stop him,” Jesus said, “for whoever is not against you is for you.”
So these dudes were not with Jesus at all. John did not know them and thought they were doing wrong so he tried to stop them. It looks like there is biblical evidence that deliverance was not just for the apostles. People that did not even know them or Jesus but listened to him, believed in him and followed him were casting out devils. I am going to end this discussion right here as the bible speaks for me on this. With an honorable mention to verse the verse that i don't see how you can take any other way. Jesus did deliverance, he did signs and wonders and we can do it to.
John 14: 12-14
12 Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. 13 And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.
Deliverance is one of the things Jesus did. He said those who believe in me. Not those who believe in me now, for this time, for this group. God is doing a new thing and it is Jesus Christ so it isn't as new as right now in this case. It is ok if you don't want to be a part of it. God will still love you and use you. Just be carefully not to take your eyes off Jesus like peter did for those brief seconds on the water by trying to fight against something that God has called others to do that you will not or don't want to. You can do deliverance ministry right now if you want but if you believe it is not for you, take the warning of Gamaleil in Acts Chapter 5:38-39
38 Therefore, in the present case I advise you: Leave these men alone! Let them go! For if their purpose or activity is of human origin, it will fail. 39 But if it is from God, you will not be able to stop these men; you will only find yourselves fighting against God.”
Don't be that guy or girl. Trust in God, that he will take care of everything. Run your race.
If you have been hurt by someone in deliverance ministry or prophetic ministries or church in general, I am sorry that happened to you and I can't speak for that situation. I can tell you that Jesus is King, deliverance, laying on of hands, prophetic words, tongues is for today and it is ok if you don't want to believe it is, or you did at one time and something happened. Jesus loves you and there are a lot of nouns out there (people, places and things) that will give you a bad taste for Deliverance and other signs and wonders and i am truly again, sorry that happened to you , God loves you and wants to take away any hurt you have experienced. There is always going to be bad eggs, false prophets, those who do not understand things they do such as deliverance and those who just judge you when Jesus Christ never judged anyone. I pray you do not run into those types of people again and keep seeking your deliverance / freedom and above all, seeking God.
