Control
Control causes fear, fear of losing the control, of change or other things. It makes you believe you have the final say in when you die and how your life is going to be. Anything that threatens that control, leads to fear first of it being taken away and then anger at situations or people that risks you losing control. When you lose the control, because you are so angry, you let the enemy in. Satan and his demons can then put negative thoughts in your mind, cause you to see things that are not there. The torment and chaos in your mind from the anger allows your body to weaken and your thoughts to narrow to the point where nothing anyone says or does can stop you from acting on the fear of losing that control, that turns into anger and then hate. Once you get to the point of hating something or someone, you have totally turned your back on God and welcomed in the enemy as they manipulate and plant ideas in you and that hate causes rage which after a while, boils over and then you do something that will ruin your life. Something there is not any coming back from. You see things from a negative point of view. Every day that should be treated as a gift is treated as a burden. You are not getting your way and it is someone else's fault as you believe you should be in control and have your way, your plans. . You don't have to be like that or go down that path of fear about losing the illusion of control. No matter how bad things are, if you look, there is always a ray of light, even the smallest speck that is shining the way for you to get back to God that is always there for you. God is always ready to welcome you back in the light.
It is easy to lose control, throw away your life, family, job and all happiness you currently have and will have. It is easy to get mad, angry and be consumed by hate. It is an emotion and just live love, it is powerful. Lets look at what happens when you realize you are not in control and you don't worry about controlling things you can't control and just live your life, make your dream come true. Tell yourself you will succeed in whatever you are wanting to do or find the one you will marry, start a business, live for a long time, overcome a setback as whenever one door closes, another one opens. By not worrying about control, you free your mind to the wonders God has instore for you and you give the enemy one less thing to try and use against you.
The best example of not being in control but thinking you are and allowing fear and other thoughts to enter the mind was when Jesus was in the boat with the disciples when the storm came. They were all worried even though they had Jesus right there who they had seen miracles he performed but still thought that the wind and the waves would get them, overturn the boat, kill them. They went to wake up Jesus in a panic saying "Lord, don't you care if we die?" and then saw him rebuke the wind and the waves and say "Ye of little faith, why did you fear". The disciples were amazed and said " What kind of a man is this? Even the wind and the waves obey him." They had Jesus in their boat that said he would get them to the other side. Instead of trusting that they would be fine and calmly going to Jesus and asking him to help, they panicked, fearing losing control of the situation. Jesus used this as a teaching lesson that we can also learn from when it comes to control. If you have given your life to Jesus and trust him, given control of your life to him, he will get you to the other side.
To sum this up, things happen and life is not fair. It rains on the just and unjust. We all have many paths to go down and doors to walk through. We can choose what path to take and what door to go through but that is all we can control, the choices we make and our thoughts and actions. There will always be hardships, disease and things trying to wipe us out and the enemy will be in full force trying to put out the light with darkness. The best way to handle it is to have faith that God's got you. Live and enjoy your life and go after what you want and don't try to control things that in the end, you have no control over. By living by that mindset, you are not in control, you free yourself from the worries, stress, pressure, negative thoughts and everything else associated with the idea of keeping that control or fighting off perceived threats to it. You can always do things to help out your situation and have a bit of control over things but again, other than your actions, thoughts and faith, you really don't have control over anything.
Live your life, when it is your time, nothing you can do about it so enjoy what God has given you but stay on the narrow path.

- Faith
Faith doesn't always make sense. Miracles happen when there is obedience to God. "Doing things that don't make sense"
There was a woman in the old testament who's husband predicted the future and was a faithful servant of Elisha that honored the Lord. The Widow ran out of money and the man who she owed money to had come to take her two kids away as payment. Elisha asked her what he could do for her and what did she have in the house. She told him nothing except a jar of oil. Elisha told her to go around and get as many empty jars as you can from your neighbors. Then go in and shut the door behind you and your sons. Pour the oil into all these jars and set aside each one that is full. ( Now she could of asked herself, what is this guy saying, this doesn't make sense. How is this going to help or any other reason to not do it, to not obey Elisha but she did obey and didn't ask questions ) She then took jar and poured the oil that did not stop pouring. She filled up the jars and once all the jars were full in front of her, asked her son to get her another one. He then told her there were no more Jars and then the oil stopped flowing. Elisha then told her to sell the oil and pay off the debt and then use the rest for her and her sons to live off of. When you ask for things from God, he sometimes wants to see if you trust him before he does something.
Another example of Faith
Early in the morning Joshua and all the Israelites were at the banks of the Jordon river. Now they needed to cross. Joshua remembered Moses just parted the Red Sea before without having to do anything but Joshua was facing a different challenge. The water was not parting and they needed to get across. The lord said to Joshua " Today I will begin to exalt you in the eyes of all Israel, so that they may know I am with you like I was with Moses. Tell the priests who carry the ark of the covenant: `When you reach the edge of the Jordan's waters, go and stand in the river.'" Now Joshua could of questioned this and told his people to turn back but he had faith and did what God said. The priests walked toward the water, as their feet got wet the water, the water stopped flowing. Soon they were walking on dry land in the middle of the Jordan and the whole nation of Israel had completed the crossing on dry ground. God needed Joshua to work a little and trust him before the miracle happened. Joshua had faith and told his people what to do, even though it sounded crazy and he was rewarded.
